64th Annual Art and Foliage festival winner

I am incredibly proud to announce that Practically Pretty took first place in the creative crafter category at the 64th Annual Apopka Art and Foliage festival. It is an honor to take first in a pool of amazing makers of all variety. I believe it was my commitment to creating beautiful accessibility friendly bags and my commitment to using off-curs, scrap leather, and off dye lot leather to create my pieces and reduce industry waste that put me over the top. I don’t suppose the fact that all my pieces are stitched by hand with no sewing machine hurt at all. Crafting in this way is time consuming but it is the labor I love.
